Hidden in InterContinental Bugis, this long-established Cantonese restaurant boasts a slightly dated yet elegant ambiance with exquisite tableware. The cuisine follows a "Chinese food with Western style" approach, with well-portioned dishes: the Iberian honey-glazed char siu, clear soups, tender garlic fish, and preserved meat stone pot rice with caviar are all outstanding, while the dessert, resembling grass jelly, is a delightful surprise. The service team, including Maggie and Chin Chin, provides attentive and thoughtful service. The average price is $110 per person, or $450 for four. The roast meats occasionally fall short, with the skin not being crispy and a bit fatty, but these minor flaws don't detract from the overall experience, making it a worthwhile place to visit with family.

Good service by Shirley and Chin Chin on food recommendations and member services.
Food was good and value for money after member discount. Appreciate chef Aaron for cooking 2 dishes in front of us diners and giving dish preparation tips 👍.

Absolutely fantastic time from start to end. Came on the weekend and had the dim sum buffet. The crew (Chin Chin, Shirley, Xiao Ni) were always there to help us with our questions and requests, and Chin Chin also gave great recommendations on what to get.
In terms of food, I wished I could have more - tummy space was just insufficient!

Best of the lot that we ordered:
- Stir-fried Giant Red-Leg Prawns with Lemongrass Sauce
- Braised Corn-fed "Yuen" Chicken, Soya Sauce, Rose Dew Wine
- Crispy Lychee Prawn
- Steamed otak otak Siew Mai
- Steamed spare ribs with braised peanuts
- Marinated Sliced Pumpkin with Passion Fruit
- Sautéed Pork with Sweet and Sour Roselle Sauce
- Wok-fried Flat Noodles with Sliced Beef Tenderloin
- Chilled Cream of Beetroot, Mango, Pomelo, Peach Collagen (we couldn't help but take another serving of this)

Had a good time overall thanks to the prompt and friendly service team. Dishes and tea were refilled and cleared speedily.

Only had the dim sum and almond cream. All dim sum all had generous amounts of filling, but the skin and taste for most were disappointing(especially the prawn dumpling + siew mai). Vegetarian beetroot dumplings were a surprisingly good. Enjoyed the lava pineapple buns the most.

The food by chef Cheong is fantastic. I had a really good time eating all the food.
The crispy prawn beanpaste curf roll with mayonnaise is awesome. Had 2 serving of this.
We were attended by chin chin and Shirley who provided personalized service by suggesting taking beetroot desert which is also really good. Again I took 2 servings.

Impeccable 6-star service at Man Fu Yuan. Our server was exceptionally attentive, thoughtfully introducing each dish as it arrived and guiding us through the recommended tasting sequence. She returned to our table several times to refill our Chinese tea, promptly clearing the table once we had finished, and even engaged us in pleasant conversation. We truly enjoyed not only the lunch but also her warm and thoughtful service.
